In larger Agile teams, managing access, billing, and estimation sessions can quickly become complex. That’s why GoAgile.ai was designed to keep everything simple, transparent, and under your full control — whether you’re a small startup or an enterprise team with multiple Scrum Masters and departments.
Here’s how facilitation, plans, and team management work in GoAgile.ai.
The facilitator role: each estimation session in GoAgile.ai has a Facilitator — the person who creates and manages the game. The facilitator has full control over inviting and removing participants, managing stories, starting and stopping voting, and viewing AI suggestions and results.
The facilitator can also access the full estimation plan, including all stories, results, and session history — perfect for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or Team Leads who coordinate multiple sessions.
Plans and subscription levels: GoAgile.ai offers two plans for different needs — Base and Pro.
Base Plan is for small teams that want to estimate quickly and collaborate easily. You can run unlimited sessions, invite teammates, connect Jira, and manage your own data.
Pro Plan is for larger teams that need advanced features, visibility, and billing control. In Pro, you can manage multiple facilitators under one organization account, add or remove users easily, and access full voting history with detailed estimates and AI suggestions.
Your profile clearly shows whether you are on the Base or Pro plan. You can also view billing and plan info directly in your profile section.
Team management made simple: from your account, you can add or remove team members, assign facilitator roles, control licenses, and monitor sessions. All billing is handled securely through Stripe, which supports easy subscription management and invoices for organizations.
Data privacy and security: GoAgile.ai never stores Jira issue details — only Jira issue keys (for example, PROJ-1421) used for reference. These keys can be permanently deleted anytime from your profile menu. All data access is user-managed, ensuring full control and compliance.
Why enterprises like this setup: centralized billing, transparent roles, and strong privacy. Organizations can control access, assign facilitators, and handle licensing without friction.
